I am intrigued and very pleased to see such a wonderful Institute and
thank you for sharing it with me. I am a social worker at the Children's
Hospital of Philadelphia working with Adolescent's with HIV. I have often
questioned the effect of my race(white) working with mostly African
American's. A colleague and I, who is African American have discussed
this issue and are going to be presenting at the National Social Work and
AIDS conference on this issue. I am requesting your permission to use
some of the important information that I was able to obtain from the web
page.

I was doing some 'net research' for my next essay, to be published in ContinuuM magazine (www.phaelos.com), for which I am an Author, and I found your site.
The Institute for the Healing of Racism is a great organization and says everything that I know to be true about the subject. I will look in from time to time and see what's new. Are there any chapters in Orange County, Southern California? This area is very culturally diverse, and there are alot of 'hate crimes' against non-white people.
